💳 Order & Payment
- We accept online payments only via GPay, PhonePe, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- At Ethnicstylista, we offer high-quality premium products, and to maintain that standard, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
This helps us avoid potential losses caused by RTO (Return to Origin), product loss, or last-minute order cancellations and ensures every genuine buyer gets a smooth shopping experience. - Once payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Size Alteration: If you need a different size, we’ll exchange your product with the correct size (subject to availability).
- Defective Product: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with a fresh piece of the same design.
📦 Exchange Conditions:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
🚫 Return & Refund Policy
- As each piece is specially checked and packed before dispatch, we do not offer returns or refunds.
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect size orders, customer preference changes, or delivery delays caused by courier partners.
