At Ethnicstylista, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

💳 Order & Payment

  • We accept online payments only via GPay, PhonePe, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
  • At Ethnicstylista, we offer high-quality premium products, and to maintain that standard, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
    This helps us avoid potential losses caused by RTO (Return to Origin), product loss, or last-minute order cancellations and ensures every genuine buyer gets a smooth shopping experience.
  • Once payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  1. Size Alteration: If you need a different size, we’ll exchange your product with the correct size (subject to availability).
  2. Defective Product: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with a fresh piece of the same design.

       We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all jewelry products.


Exchange Policy for Jewelry

We always ensure premium quality products before dispatch, but in the rare case that you receive a defective item, we provide an exchange under the following conditions:

✔ When Exchange is Eligible:

  • Exchange is available only if the product received is defective or damaged.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory to share:
  • Unboxing video (from start to end without pause)
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • ⚠️ No Returns / No Refunds are accepted for jewelry category, only exchange.


  • Exchange Procedure (Step-by-Step)
  1. Send us the defect proof (photos & full unboxing video).
  2. Once approved by our team, you will be required to self-courier the product to our warehouse address.
  3. After we physically receive and inspect the defective item,
  4. We will dispatch a fresh replacement product to your address.

          Important Notes

  • Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging condition.

 

        📦 Exchange Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

        🚫 Return & Refund Policy

  • As each piece is specially checked and packed before dispatch, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Refunds will not be issued for incorrect size orders, customer preference changes, or delivery delays caused by courier partners.
