- Ethnicstylista operates as an online ethnic wear store, offering premium-quality sarees, salwar suits, lehenga cholis, kurtas, tops, co-ord sets, and imitation jewelry.
- By using our website or making a purchase, you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.
💳 2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed online through our official website or WhatsApp number: +91 7202879055.
- We accept payments via GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, as we provide high-quality premium products and aim to avoid potential losses caused by RTO (Return to Origin), product loss, or last-minute order cancellations.
- Once payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, typically between 4–8 business days.
- Ethnicstylista is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
🔄 4. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only for defective or wrongly sized products.
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
🚫 5. No Returns or Refunds
- As every product is carefully inspected before dispatch, we do not offer refunds or returns.
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or courier delays.
🎨 6. Product Images & Descriptions
- We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or embroidery detailing may occur due to lighting or digital screen settings.
- These minor variations do not qualify as defects.
